If you are just starting to trade options make sure you don’t make this mistake! Don’t focus on just the price of the option contract without understanding what you are buying! If you are simply just looking to buy an option because its cheaper and sell for more, you are setting yourself up for failure. There is a lot more that goes into the price of a contract and becoming a profitable trader than that. A lot of times this will lead to people not understanding why they lost money. So if you are a beginner options trader or looking into day trading for beginners, make sure you don’t get caught up with this simplistic view of trading options!

What is your backup plan if the stock going against you? I hope you'll find time to answer my questions in the next videos. Cheers.
