Practically you will not find OTM premium at same price. Its theoretical to say 150  Call and 150 Put. One has to see prices which are close to each other at the same time OTM

anil negi says:

its a very good strategy but only when market goes in one direction what if market expires between both of your upper and lower level, we will be in loss of both premium, so the main concept should be to take a shot only when we know that something is going to happen on one side or other, like days of rbi policy reveiw, election results, some big co. result etc., but how to find direction of one side still cluless??

Hi Mani,

Thanks for the informative video. In the slide shown at the beginning of the video it was said that have stop loss once the Call or Put option premium has doubled or they are in the money.  Does this mean that I should book the profit once the above said desired situations are achieved or should I close only my position contrary to direction of stock movement. Kindly elaborate.

I feel that this strategy holds good for even intra-day wherein the nifty is moving 100 points up  / down. by taking OTM Call and Put of 50 points distance from the CMP, one can achieve profits. I have done this couple of times. Please comment.
